DIYlaw is looking for an Operations Representative to join its committed and vibrant team.

Applicants should have 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience.

Legal background desirable but not compulsory.

Candidate will be expected to:

  • Manage internal administrative and operational needs
  • Assist in managing products offered on our website and orders received from customers
  • Manage and interface with customers, including keeping records of customer management activities
  • Measure and analyse customer satisfaction and experience
  • Provide support in managing vendor relations and deliverables
  • Co-develop and conduct quality control measures on product delivery
  • Co-develop new product offerings and packages
  • Work with the Development team to identify target market and segments to help define product offerings that solve customer problems
  • Support efforts in arriving at pricing and packaging of current and future products
  • Collaborate with other relevant teams to optimize customer experience and identify marketing requirement
  • Work with other teams to ensure that final product is delivered in line with customer focused messaging and efficiencies
We expect you to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and quickly establish credibility with customers and vendors
  • Project management and administrative skills. A certification in project management will be a plus
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data. Ability to extract data a plus
  • An eye for details with an ability to analyse processes and proffer solutions
  • Small business experience desired
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or consumer internet product an advantage.
